At AWA French Crêperie, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We strive to ensure that every dish and experience meets your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the policy below:

In-Store Orders

If there is an issue with your order—such as incorrect items, food quality concerns, or an allergy-related matter—please speak to our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot by offering a replacement, adjustment, or refund where appropriate.

Online or Phone Orders

For orders placed via phone or a delivery platform, please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion based on the nature of the issue and the timing of the request.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once food or drinks have been prepared.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us in person, by phone, or through the contact form on our website. Include details such as your order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the concern.

Note

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
